Register below to take part in free, practical two-day program designed to help Volunteer Leaders lead mentally healthy teams. Facilitated by two of ESF’s expert counsellors, participants will learn how to: build psychological safety through vulnerability and storytelling, help their teams process difficult and traumatic events, identify and respond to psychosocial hazards and understand the most common vocational mental health challenges (moral injury, ptsd, burnout, etc).
