This event is for anyone in the emergency services with an interest in shiftwork and its impact on sleep.
Matthew will share his learnings and provide emergency service health and wellbeing departments with an overview of training and resources which could be applied within their agencies to address the known negative mental and physical health consequences of sleep disruption/deprivation.
