Tips, tools and articles to help you manage grief are available on their resource hub.  You will find a range of fact sheets, audio-visual content, and accessible tools to assist with coping. They also offer online discussion forums providing peer to peer support, and online and face to face support groups for people feeling vulnerable.

Head to Health can help you find digital mental health services from some of Australia’s most trusted mental health organisations. Provided by the Australian Department of Health, Head to Health brings together apps, online programs, online forums, and phone services, as well as a range of digital information resources.

Beyond Blue provides information and support to help everyone in Australia achieve their best possible mental health, whatever their age and wherever they live.

Blue Pages

Blue Pages provides information on treatments for depression based on the latest scientific evidence. It also offers screening tests for depression and anxiety, and links to other helpful resources.

Sane has a list of factsheets and guides that provide easy-to-read information on complex mental health issues for everyone. 

Mens Line

MensLine Australia is a telephone and online counselling service for men with emotional health and relationship concerns.  Their website links to a blog and information about anger, stress, depression and other issues tailored for men.

MindSpot

Mindspot has a link to ‘get informed’ about emotional wellbeing.  Knowing how to being able to manage our feelings – both the pleasant and unpleasant ones – so they do not impact our life negatively is a step before an online assessment, which can be used to do a government funded treatment course.

Black Dog

Black Dog are a “translation’ oriented, medical research institute that  investigate mental health across the lifespan.  Their website has a wealth of fact sheets, personal stories, and digital tools and apps to support mental health. 

EveryMind

EveryMind develop prevention-focused programs into mental health and suicide prevention.  On their website you can find resources on suicide prevention, better mental health and also information via their Centre for Research Excellence in the Prevention of Depression and Anxiety.

Life in Mind

Life in Mind is a national gateway connecting Australian suicide prevention services to each other and the community.  It aims to better support the sector and the community to respond to and communicate about suicide and its impacts.  It offers a collection of suicide prevention resources for people in the suicide prevention sector, as well as those working in mental health, government, business, and community groups.
